In the unfortunate event that an eviction becomes necessary, HR & Fox handles the process with structure and professionalism—filing notices, coordinating service, and initiating legal action to recover possession and unpaid rent.

Our screening process—credit, criminal background, income, employment, and rental history—is designed to significantly reduce eviction risk. But when action is required, we move quickly and professionally. HR & Fox will assist and represent you in the process, but additional fees may apply for in-person court appearances or extended legal proceedings.

We offer Eviction Management services including

  • Initiating and serving required notices in the property owner’s name to begin the eviction process
  • Coordinating with legal counsel to initiate and pursue eviction proceedings
  • Managing the process to recover possession of the property on behalf of the owner
  • Assisting in the recovery of unpaid rent and related amounts, where applicable

HR & Fox coordinates and manages the eviction process; legal actions are handled in conjunction with licensed counsel. Additional fees may apply depending on the scope of services required.
